7.20 School Pictures

Any school may have pictures taken of students under the following provisions: 

(1) All contracts for school pictures shall be executed by the Principal. The contract shall include the price to the student and the commission to the school and shall clearly state the contents of the packages furnished for the varying prices. The contract shall include no items other than school pictures. If a photograph is to be furnished without cost for school records, this shall be made a part of the contract.
