CHAPTER 3.00 - SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION

3.011 Performance Grade Schools

(1) The Superintendent shall establish procedures which shall be approved by the Board to give greater autonomy, including authority over the allocation of the schools’ budget, to schools designated as performance grade category “A”, making excellent progress and schools rated as having improvement at least two (2) performance grade categorizes as required

by Florida Statutes.


(2) Students who attend a school that has been designated as performance grade category “F” for two (2) school years in a four (4) year period shall be allowed to attend a high performing school in the district or an adjoining district or be grated a state opportunity scholarship to a private school.
